Summary:
Under general direction from the ODD, provides leadership, support and oversight to ensure that the planned deliverables for the Oral Health Initiative are achieved on time and within budget.
Ensures that his/her project teams are functioning at a high level and are producing high quality work in a cost-effective manner within the defined parameters of the projects' scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop methods and techniques for prioritizing and obtaining agreed upon results.
Assists in developing and managing of the Oral Health Care Initiative scheduling processes to ensure that agreed upon outcomes are met.
Major Areas of Responsibility include but are not limited to:
Provides supervision and leadership in oversight of the coordinators and dental teams assigned within the Oral Health Care Initiative to achieve successful completion of projected goals.
Establishes effective professional business relationships with all levels of the Oral Health Care Initiative.
Assists in development and adherence of best practices, techniques, and tools for planning, execution, management, ongoing deliverables, tracking, communication, and key performance metrics.
Assists in the development of various project documents (plan, budget, etc.
) and sets up the necessary support to achieve the goals of those project documents.
Works effortlessly with support departments such as MIS, IT and Materials Management to achieve necessary timelines within the Oral Health Care Initiative project plans.
Ability to plan and facilitate meetings and make formal presentations.
Ability to develop appropriate training programs for different levels of staffs to facilitate successful implementation of the Oral Health Care Initiative.
Coaches, motivate, and mentors staff to ensure a consistent level of excellence in project outcomes.
Supervises staff as assigned.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the ODD.
Requirements Requires a degree in Public Health and/or BA in related plus one (1) year of clinical experience in a dental setting, performing community activities and outreach.
Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and dental terminology essential.
Ability to follow oral/written instructions, perform detailed clerical work in a methodical and thorough manner with speed and accuracy.
Excellent skills in complex analytical problem solving and project management.
Excellent leadership, project management, and consulting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills such as customer service, team building, group facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to make presentations and provide training.
Ability to exercise good judgment and political astuteness.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in managing a range of projects.
Ability to work at a highly functional level under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of MS Projects highly desirable.
Must have own transportation and adequate car insurance with ability to travel between and work at various sites in East County.
Familiarity with East County a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Ability to work weekend and evenings required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
