Specialized Experience Requirement:
For the GS-11:
You must have one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as assisted in the performance of analytical, planning, and evaluative tasks for a WCF fleet management program in order to develop business plans to meet the administrative and budget operational requirements of an organization; Performed qualitative and quantitative analysis measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of vehicle and equipment programs; Participated in administrative and management studies, evaluations, and improvement projects; Served as a technical resource to officials on WCF budget matters and assisted in the administration of fleet management systems and financial records; Helped advise organizational officials of the potential consequences of administrative and budget decisions and provided recommendations to assist in making decisions. OR Successful completion of three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to Ph.D., a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field and the education was obtained in an accredited college or university. OR An appropriate combination of specialized experience and graduate level education (beyond what is required for a master's degree, i.e., more than 36 semester hours leading to a Ph.D.) in a related field and the education was obtained in an accredited college or university. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENT:
If you are a current federal employee in the General Schedule (GS) pay plan and applying for a promotion opportunity, you must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirements of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. This requirement must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
