Butcher/Meat Processor
Full Time Meat Processor needed for Del Monte Meat Co. in our American Canyon plant.
We are currently seeking a talented meat processor who will work in our plant processing beef, pork, lamb & poultry products for restaurant and foodservice operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Process fresh meat
Knowledge of primal meat cuts helpful but not required.
Meet daily production goals
Ensuring that product is of high quality standards
Operate all equipment safely
Maintaining high sanitation standards
Qualifications Required:
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Ability to manage time in a fast paced industry
Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment
Ability to work with a team
Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and punctual, with a positive attitude.
Successful drug test screening and background a pre-requisite for employment
