The successful candidate will be able to effectively solve patients/customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping patients/customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow protocol to ensure proper steps are taken Identify patients/customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Build sustainable relationships and engage patients/customers by taking the extra mile Documentation and Communication with patients, vendors and team is a big priority Work as a team, individually or side by side with Management Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support role Previous experience working in a Medical Facility is recommended Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with EHR systems and practices.
Nextgen a plus Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree Job Type:
