Club Stride Inc Club Stride Inc Vallejo, CA Vallejo, CA Contract Contract $30 - $40 an hour $30 - $40 an hour 14 hours ago 14 hours ago 14 hours ago PROJECT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION/SCHOOL SITE PROJECT LIAISON As a part of our hybrid instruction model, the Youth Coordinator will act as an on-campus liaison for our Club Stride community and student intern teams.
We seek a Youth Coordinator who feels connected to the Club Stride mission and vision, which includes exemplary student internship opportunities supported by a community that's dedicated to developing collaborative, creative, and confident youth with the strength of voice to make a difference.

The ideal candidate is one who can bring personal experiences and use them in supporting the student youth interns at Club Stride who come from diverse minority and racial backgrounds.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist instruction to individual, small and large groups of youth Model consistency and support in the social-emotional learning of all youth Supervise youth, including arrival and dismissal Support and maintain classroom policies, help maintain classroom spaces, and may include coordinating with instructors regarding materials for sessions Collaborative Building Strength-based case management Program Implementation Program Development Training youth to develop and execute community building/advocacy strategies Assist with youth-led advocacy projects REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) We seek a dynamic individual who inspires youth and who works collaboratively and creatively with colleagues in various topic areas.
Candidates should be passionate about teaching as well as the youth.
Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university Teaching experience with youth Computer skills using Google Docs, Zoom and various Learning Management Platforms Comfortable with troubleshooting technology tools as needed Ability to organize and coordinate work Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work Flexibility and willingness to take initiative with needed tasks Some experience with case management Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, kindness and courtesy Strong background in project-based learning Should be comfortable with executing a variety of course outlines simultaneously Part-time, Contract, On-site work on Vallejo School Campuses with perk of work from home.
