We are expanding our team to support this growth stage.
Primary FunctionThe Purchase Admin will interface directly with the Director of Procurement and Accounting, as well as interface and coordinate with F_OS external partners and vendors.
The position will be responsible for reconciling receiving and creating AP voucher packages, assist in procuring new vendors and trade partners, generate and track purchase orders and receipts, maintain cost and inventory catalogs, and other material purchase-related duties.
Must be well organized and have a detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities Reconciling receiving documentation to Purchase Orders Creating AP voucher packages Generating and sending Purchase Orders to suppliers Performing month-end reconciliations of orders Experience working with construction teams in an integrated/collaborative environment Assisting the procurement team with quantity takeoffs and coordinating with project management on managing specification documentation Other Desirable Skills Experience working with construction teams in an integrated/collaborative environment Familiarity with electronic receiving processes Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment Self-motivated and highly organized Ability to work in a startup environment with broad responsibilities, ambiguity, and early-stage processes and procedures Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented Superb communications skills, both written and verbal.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
