Customer service oriented team Supportive Growth opportunities Our facilities are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Director to help support our team.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a hospital and/or medical capacity with a commitment to customer service.
Our maintenance director will be responsible for keeping the facility in proper working condition, staying compliant with all regulatory agencies including the Life Safety Code division, and is on-call for any emergent needs the facility may have.
Additional responsibilities include:
testing the generator, working with vendors to test the fire panel and smoke alarms timely, repairing beds, snaking sinks and toilets as needed, in-servicing on fire drills and disaster drills in collaboration with the director of staff development, stocking supply deliveries throughout the facility, and more.
We may also partner some central supply ordering with this position for efficiency purposes.
Responsibilities:
Round the facility regularly to identify and correct any items that need repair Organize and maintain storage of supplies inside and outside of the facility Assist residents with smoke brakes when possible Attend daily stand-up meeting and monthly quality assurance meeting Have strong communication skills to work with facility staff and residents to address any and all concerns Job Type:
